The Marshall’s Yard Phase 1 scheme is the redevelopment of a prominent Brownfield site in the centre of Gainsborough to form a mixed use scheme, incorporating retail, residential, office, workspace, leisure & public open space. The project focus is on regenerating a major part of Gainsborough town centre and brings in new life and opportunities to the Market Town.

CPM Group supplied 825mm & 1350mm ID pipes & chambers forming a section of the upgrade to the existing drainage and sewerage for Severn Trent Water.

CPM also designed and supplied two bespoke 2700mm diameter Weir Wall Chambers which came complete with cast-in base & Weir Wall which was pre-fitted with a Hydro-Brake® & Penstock. The chambers were a part of a Storm Water Attenuation storage system.
